About the cafe
The first Cinnabon Bakery opened on December 5, 1985 at the Sea Tac Mall in Seattle, USA. In the first bakery, only one product was baked – the classic Cinnabon, the legendary bun that you can still try in our cafe. In 1988, Minibon was added to the menu. Today, the menu is much wider and has been expanded with the famous Chocobon (with chocolate), Pecanbon (with caramel and pecans) and Cinnabon Sticks (puff pastry). The coffee shop will also serve you a Mochalatta specialty drink and delicious coffee.
