When skiing or snowboarding, tourists should keep in mind that these activities are considered extreme sports. This ski season, Krasnaya Polyana Resort, in collaboration with Soglasie Insurance Company LLC, provides insurance coverage to all visitors. An important advantage for skiers and snowboarders who choose Krasnaya Polyana Resort is that their life and health insurance is already included in the ski pass price. The insurance coverage includes skiing, snowboarding, and riding in the bike park.
Mechanics
- If something happens to a guest on the mountain, they should call the resort's rescue service, which is listed on the ski pass/resort maps/information boards.
- The rescuers will arrive on the scene and, if necessary, take the guest down to the on-duty ambulance.
- In case of severe injuries, the ambulance will take the guest to the hospital.
- The hospital or any other medical facility will issue a report on the injury (the report should indicate that the insurance claim occurred on the territory of Krasnaya Polyana Resort).
- With the package of documents provided in the памятка, the guest should call the insurance company and consult about insurance.
In the event of an insured event, it is necessary to obtain a medical document issued by a medical professional and/or another document confirming that the accident occurred while the Insured was in the Insurance Territory, and to call the insurance company. It is mandatory to present the purchased ski pass.
