Summer in the mountains is a special time. But on July 3, the resort’s leisurely pace will give way to the atmosphere of a culinary celebration—guests are in for an exclusive dinner called “Eden in the Mountains.” You won’t have to search for that very Garden of Eden. It will be right here at the “Brunello” restaurant, where Ilya Zakharov, brand chef of the Krasnaya Polyana gaming zone, and the restaurant’s head chef, Artem Avtandilyan, will serve as your guides to this gastronomic Eden.

The menu features seasonal finds and local ingredients woven into a carefully crafted culinary narrative. Guests can look forward to a light summer menu full of floral and berry notes, as well as unexpected textures. The brand chef promises: this will be an occasion where familiar flavors reveal a whole new side. Each dish is like a step down a blossoming hillside: slightly spicy, slightly sweet, and everywhere—the breath of a mountain summer.

The evening has been created in collaboration with influencer and friend of the restaurant, Maria Tkacheva-Vedenchuk. Her expertise and understanding of the guests have made it possible to bring together in one place the key—and perhaps most recognizable—brands in Sochi, each of which has prepared a personalized gift for every guest.
