How to get help
To receive the listed guarantees, you must confirm the cancellation or rescheduling of the flight.
This can be done at the reception desk or in the reservation department in four ways:
1. STAMP AT THE AIRPORT
At the check-in counter you may be able to stamp your flight cancellation or rescheduling on your travel documents.
2. DIGITAL NOTIFICATION
If you have an SMS or email from the airline, show it to the reception
3. PERSONAL ACCOUNT
If the flight booking management section displays the current status of cancellation or transfer, then take a screenshot of it
4. PERSONAL STATEMENT
In exceptional cases (for example, lack of Internet), you can write a written application to the hotel reception
